Job Summary / Major Responsibilities:
- Contacting Customers through Calls & Physical visits for reminding them of their overdue status and ensuring timely payments.
- Meeting daily/weekly/monthly assigned targets.
- To trace ‘out of contact/skip’ customers and establish contact to meet the ultimate collection/Recovery goals.
- Keep the updated track status of assigned accounts and share the progress on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Highlight problematic accounts to senior management and suggest various collection options for further handling.
- Ensure compliance with Collection’s Code of Conduct and Fair Debit Collection Guidelines.
- Manage to achieve minimum collection bench marks to achieve the assigned targets.
- Handle customer(s) complaints and provide instant solution or guide the customer to lodge complaint through helpline.
